Specialist Coaching and Trauma Recovery Work
When life leaves you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it’s rarely just in your thoughts. The body and nervous system carry the imprint of what you’ve been through, whether that’s years of people-pleasing, difficult or dysfunctional relationships, or simply the weight of stress and survival mode.
Left unresolved, these imprints often show up as anxiety, depression, co-dependency, perfectionism, chronic fatigue, low self-worth, health issues, or the pull back into toxic dynamics we swore we’d never repeat. Talking can bring clarity, but true recovery means reaching the places where the body is still carrying the story.
That’s why my work combines foundational relational safety with body-based, somatic practices. This allows the mind and body to process, heal, and integrate, so change is not only understood, but felt. From here, the focus naturally turns forward: how you want to live and relate differently as you step into your next chapter.
I draw on approaches at the forefront of recovery from people-pleasing, co-dependency, narcissistic abuse, and toxic relationships (romantic, family, or work), including:
