Meet Joanne

Joanne’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Facing a blood cancer diagnosis while navigating her husband's debilitating stroke—and still showing up for her children and everyday life—she has navigated unimaginable challenges.

 

In her own words, she shares how breathwork and our work together became a lifeline—helping her rediscover stability, healing, and a sense of balance and wholeness in the midst of it all.

Michelle shares her powerful journey of rediscovering herself after years devoted to caring for her father. When that chapter came to an end, she was left feeling lost—unsure of who she was without the role of caregiver.

 

Living with arthritis and relying on crutches to walk, Michelle faced both emotional and physical challenges.
