Hi there .....

I'm Sharon, and I've been where you stand.
I see you, and I'm ready to support you.
​Although my extensive training, research and practice over the years are the foundation of my work, it’s my lived experience at the core.​​
​​
This wasn’t always my path, but it’s become my purpose, and it’s my mission to raise awareness and help women understand, heal, fully reclaim themselves, and thrive beyond relational trauma, coercive control, or narcissistic abuse.
​
The women I support are smart, capable, and driven, yet often find themselves in situations they never imagined. These experiences can leave them feeling depleted, confused, and disconnected from themselves, their peace, or their sense of safety. Perhaps even feeling like there is no way beyond it. I know how this feels, and how it can impact life and self-worth, but I also know the way through it.

Through my own journey, involving years of mindset work and talk therapy that only got me so far, discovering somatic therapy was the missing piece I had been searching for, and needed. Quite honestly, it saved my life.
Over the years, I have dedicated my practice to specialising in this area, because having someone who gets it, who understands what you're living through, is key in your healing journey.

One of the things I’m often asked is ‘How on earth did you get into all of this?!’ – If I’m honest, it was out of necessity.

​My Inner World v’s My Outer World
From the outside, my life looked solid. I was successful in my work, focused, reliable, and always ready to support others. I kept moving, kept showing up, and kept holding it all together.
But the truth was, my inner world was singing a different tune. Most days, I felt overwhelmed, unsure, and exhausted. I was constantly pushing, doing, and giving, all while quietly losing touch with what I actually needed.
​
It wasn’t until my life fell apart, and I was forced to stop and face the disconnect. I saw how stuck I was, how unwell I had become, how I tolerated being treated, and how little I was really showing up for me.
Living a co-dependent and people pleasing life with a huge
dose of dysregulation
Even though I was successful in areas of my life, I was an overly agreeable people-pleaser, caught in perfectionist and co-dependent thinking, with a super-duper sensitive soul. Trying to mask over what was really going on 'beneathe the surface' was exhausting.

I ignored red flags, made excuses, and kept pushing through, losing my voice and myself in the process.
​
I stayed too long in toxic relationships that chipped away at my confidence and self-worth.
​
Boundaries? Almost non existent. I let the number on the scale define my worth, walked on eggshells, avoided conflict or shut down (well, give in) when things got tough.
​
To prove my worth, I pushed harder, over-functioning to numb out and distract myself from the overwhelm. I adapted, overworked, overgave, obsessing over food, weight, and exercise, until burnout and disordered patterns took over.
I was running on deep-rooted survival patterns without realising. Not until everything in my life fell away, leaving me no choice but to confront myself.
​
Living with CPTSD, panic attacks, and a crushing sense of defeat, my health felt the impact, but more concerning, I felt like I couldn't go on.
​​
Turning to everything I knew, mindset work, willpower, pushing harder, wasn’t working. That's when I stumbled upon breathwork, nervous system practices and somatics.


The Power of Breath, Somatics & Nervous System Healing
This didn’t just help me, it saved my life and was the significant turning point in my healing journey, life and career.
It led me to the work that would not only heal and allow me take back control of my health and life… but become my purpose.

Life doesn’t have to feel like a constant cycle of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. When you learn how to work with your mind, body and nervous system – everything changes. Everything you need is already within you—you just need the right tools to access it.
