I'm Sharon, a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist and Coach, providing specialist nervous system, mind-body healing and trauma recovery support.

Hey There

I'm Sharon, and I've been where you stand.
Although my extensive training, research and practice over the years are the foundation of my work, it’s my lived experience at the core.
This wasn’t always my path, but it’s become my purpose. It’s the work I now live and breathe, and it’s my mission to raise awareness and support other women.
The women I support are smart, capable and wonderful, they don’t need fixing, just support in learning to work with their body and nervous system in new ways. If you’re curious about how I got here, I’ve shared some of my story.

I want you to start each day feeling aligned and empowered, not because you believe you 'should', but because you genuinely do.
My work goes much deeper than mindset alone and my services provide the unique blend of knowledge and insights, functional breathing, breathwork, nervous system-based coaching, hypnotherapy and upgrading thought work - providing a complete approach to your wellbeing and health.
