A space for women who are purposeful about their personal growth and wellbeing

WHAT IS BREATHE & BE?

Breathe & Be is an online safe and supportive space built around breathwork, nervous system care, self-connection and real community, designed for women who want to take care of themselves from the inside out - wherever we are in the world.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or you’ve been exploring this work for a while, this space gives you the tools, rhythm and connection to keep supporting yourself, alongside other women who truly get it.

​

You’ll have access to regular live breathwork sessions and guided nervous system practices, a growing library of supportive tools and practices, and an uplifting community space to move, share, and grow together.​​

Because community isn't just helpful - it's essential.

💛 WHY I CREATED BREATHE & BE 

I created Breathe & Be because we're not meant to do this alone.

​

My own experience of navigating this journey in isolation taught me that, and I knew I wanted to create something so other women didn’t have to feel that way too.

​

I believe deeply in the power of women coming together to support themselves, and each other.

​​

So many of us are showing up.

We're learning to heal, to understand ourselves better,  to regulate, to build healthier rhythms in our lives.

​

But it can feel lonely - especially when the people around you don’t quite get it.

​

This space was created to change that.

​

It’s somewhere to stay connected to the practices that support you.

​To have tools you can come back to - all in one place.

​To build consistency—through live sessions and community.

With a community that’s walking it with you.

If you’re looking for a space that helps you stay connected to your breath, your body, and your own wellbeing, with the support of other women walking a similar path—then I’d love you to join us.

 

Whether you’re brand new to this kind of work or you’ve been practising for a while and just want a space that truly understands, Breathe & Be was created with you in mind.

 

When you join

 

You’ll get access to regular live online breathwork sessions, including the monthly Reset, and a growing library of guided practices you can return to anytime. Each month, I’ll also share a new meditation, breathing audio or somatic practice—something simple you can explore in your own time for that month.

 

You’ll also be welcomed into our private community space—a place for honest connection and an uplifting supportive space. We’ll have virtual get-togethers throughout the year, and in-person ones where we can.

 

When you join, you’ll receive a few simple community guidelines and boundaries to help keep the space kind, respectful and supportive for everyone.

 

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, steady, and genuine space—where you can build on your wellbeing journey, you’ll be right at home here.

HOW DO I JOIN?

I want Breathe & Be to feel financially accessible — while still supporting the time, energy and care that goes into holding this space.

So I’ve created two monthly payment options. Both offer exactly the same access: live breathwork sessions, the growing library, new monthly practices, and our private community space.

​

Please just go with what feels right for you. I won’t be checking or questioning your choice — I trust you to go with what works.

Aligned – £20/month
For those who can comfortably pay the full amount and want to support the space and its growth.

Supported – £12.00/month
For those who’d love to be part of the space but would find the full fee a stretch right now.
