Does this sound familiar?

You’ve been doing the healing work. The reading. The reflecting.

But you still don't feel fully free.

Something still feels stuck.

That stuckness isn’t failure and it's not your fault.

It’s your body doing what it knows to keep you safe, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.

Because experiences like narcissistic abuse don’t just live in the mind — they also live in your nervous system, your breath, and your body.

Many healing paths don’t always reach those deeper layers. But they matter.

Healing From Narcissism:
Why Mind AND Body Approaches Matter.

This free session is created for women who understand what happened - but still don't feel free.

For women who have experienced narcissism, and healing.
Those who have tried everything, but still feel like there's something missing.
For women ready for their next chapter.

This webinar offers something different to explore and gently introduces you to a mind–body path that works with your whole system to support deeper grounded healing.

If you’re ready to really understand what's been happening and want to explore a new way forward — one that honours your whole self — this could be the beginning of a different kind of support.
What We'll Cover

We'll answer the most common questions we get asked from women like you - helping make sense of your experiences.

Why you're feeling stuck, even when you’re “doing the work”.

The difference between talk therapy and body-based practices — and how they can work together and help you.

Why narcissism affects us so much.

What survival states (like shutdown, overfunctioning, people-pleasing) are really about.

Why you live from 'the neck up' - stuck in your head.

You're not broken - your nervous system is reacting.

Breath and body tools that gently support healing.

How narcissistic abuse affects your body — not just your mind.

We'll also take a look inside our upcoming retreat — and whether it feels right for you
