Nervous System Reset – Breathwork Session Overview
Welcome. This session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return home to your body.
In this guided breathwork journey, we’ll use simple, intentional breathing patterns to help regulate your nervous system—calming the mind, releasing stored tension, and inviting in a sense of safety and ease.
We'll start by gently arriving in the body, noticing the breath, and creating space to simply be. As we move through the session, the focus will be on reconnecting with the parasympathetic state—where healing, rest, and regulation naturally happen.
This is your time to reset. There’s nothing to force, nothing to fix. Just breathe, feel, and allow.
