1:1 Breath, Body & Nervous System Support
Personalised trauma informed sessions to help you breathe better, regulate stress, and reconnect with yourself — in life, business, and beyond.
I offer online or in-person (where possible) 1:1 sessions that are fully tailored to you — creating a safe, supportive space to slow down, explore what’s coming up, and work with your body to create lasting change.
Using a unique blend of:

Together we’ll work to support your whole-body, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, process emotional blockages and allow stress to be released.
Between sessions, I offer gentle check-ins and simple practices to help you integrate the work into your everyday life — so what we do together doesn’t just stay in the session, but ripples out into how you feel, respond, and live.

I created Breathe & Be because I believe deeply in the power of women coming together to support themselves, and each other.
So many of us are showing up, learning to heal, regulate and building healthier rhythms. But it can feel lonely when the people around you don’t quite get it.
This space is here to change that.
Breathe & Be is an online supportive space built around breathwork, nervous system care, self connection and real community, designed for women who want to take care of themselves from the inside out.
Whether you’re just beginning your journey or you’ve been exploring this work for a while, this space gives you the tools, rhythm and connection to keep showing up for yourself—alongside other women who truly get it.
You’ll have access to guided breath and nervous system practices, regular live sessions, a growing library of supportive tools, and uplifting community spaces to move, share, and grow together.
