Breathe, move, and unwind by the sea as day turns to dusk.
Close your week with something that brings you back to yourself – soft evening light, the sound of the sea, and space to breathe and let go.
And ease into the weekend feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
We’ll meet on the sand at Black Sands – a tucked-away beach near Aberdour, quiet and beautiful, especially as the sun goes down and the day softens around us.
