How this work is different

If you've arrived here, something hasn't fully shifted yet. You may have tried therapy, read the books, done the mindset work.

And yet, you're still feeling it. Living it.

That's not because you haven't tried hard enough. It's because what you've lived isn't held only in your thoughts. It lives in your body, your nervous system, your patterns and your way of being in the world.

​

Talking can bring clarity, but true recovery means reaching the places where the body is still carrying the story.

​

My work goes there. Gently, safely, and with real presence.

​

My approach draws on the most respected voices in somatic and trauma therapy, including Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, Deb Dana, Arielle Schwartz and Aimee Rai, woven into a deeply integrative whole-body practice that goes beyond a single method.

 

Using somatic therapy, nervous system healing and body-based practices, we work with the whole of you, not just your thoughts. So that healing isn't just something you understand. It's something you finally feel.

And from there, the focus naturally turns forward, to how you want to live and relate differently as you step into your next chapter. â€‹â€‹

What our work together draws on

Every session is tailored to you. There is no single formula here, no fixed path. This work is integrative, responsive and deeply personalised, meeting you exactly where you are, and moving with you as you evolve.

I draw on a rich range of specialist approaches, woven together with presence, intuition and years of dedicated practice:

  • Inner child and parts work
     

  • Applied polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation
     

  • Bilateral stimulation and eye movement reprocessing
     

  • Psychological somatics and body-based trauma processing
     

  • Boundaries and forward focused coaching
     

  • Trauma informed breathwork, movement and meditation
     

  • Diagnostic tapping
     

  • Hypnotherapy

This is not a menu of treatments. It is a path. And we walk it together.

Between sessions, I offer gentle practices to help you integrate the work into your everyday life, so healing continues to move through you long after our time together ends

Sessions and Investment/Fees

All sessions are held online via Zoom, making specialist support accessible wherever you are in the world.

Specialist Somatic Therapy

​​

For new clients, the first two sessions are 90 minutes. This gives us the space and time to explore what you are experiencing and establish the foundation for our work together. Following this, sessions can continue at 90 or 60 minutes depending on what feels right for you.

​

Sessions are flexible, weekly, fortnightly or as and when feels right for you. There is no fixed commitment. We work at a pace that suits your life and your healing.

​

60 minute session - £75.00

90 minute session - £112.50
 

*Includes personalised practices for you to use between sessions. Intensive and extended work is also available, please do mention this when we speak and we can explore what would work best for you.

​Forward Focused Coaching

​​

For women who have spent time healing and feel ready to step into their next chapter. We work together on how you move forward into new relationships, new ways of being and new boundaries, without falling back into old patterns.

 

Drawing on nervous system awareness, relational dynamics and mindful coaching.

​

60 minute session - £75.00​​​​​
