Supporting your people, and your organisation, from the inside out.

Workplace Wellbeing

The hidden cost of dysregulation at work.

Stress, burnout, anxiety and the impact of difficult workplace dynamics are among the leading causes of absence, reduced performance and staff turnover.

Most workplace wellbeing initiatives are not reaching the root of the real causes.

What is often missing is an understanding of the nervous system, how chronic stress, fear of conflict, people pleasing, perfectionism and challenging dynamics become embedded in the body and behaviour of individuals, and how that affects teams, communication and culture.

When people feel unsafe, unseen or consistently overwhelmed, they cannot perform, connect or contribute at their best.

Real wellbeing goes deeper. And the results are measurable.

Why work with Sharon

I bring something rare to workplace wellbeing - a combination of specialist clinical training, deep understanding of nervous system science, and genuine lived experience of the patterns I work with.

My work is not generic stress management. It goes to the root, helping individuals and teams understand why they respond the way they do under pressure, in conflict, or in difficult dynamics, and how to build real regulation, resilience and psychological and emotional safety.

I am a trauma-informed somatic therapist, coach and educator, trained in polyvagal theory, psychological somatics, nervous system regulation and trauma-aware practice.

I also bring my own lived experience of navigating challenging dynamics, burnout and the patterns that so many high-functioning professionals quietly carry.

My approach is warm, evidence-informed, deeply practical and genuinely transformative.
